John is the lead and chief operations officer for Pinion91 Contracting. John's leadership, experience and history includes ownership, operations management and project management positions over his career.

John is a professional with over 3 decades of experience in construction and construction management, managing teams of diverse disciplines with a practical approach to construction while controlling costs and finishing the projects within budget and meeting contract specifications, monitoring of the processes at the construction site, observing and recording productivity, handling exceptional situations and management regarding critical decision making. John's experience means he can manage and coordinate multiple contract projects simultaneously as well as mediate contract compliance to include project specifications requirements, organizational flow, scheduling (CPM), safety regulations compliance, environmental  and  dust  control  measures,  materials acquisition, and quality control to a finished product.
